Our Mission

Chaucie’s Place provides a neutral, child-focused environment where comprehensive, investigative forensic interviews take place for cases of alleged child sexual and physical abuse and neglect.  The center’s staff works to reduce trauma to children and improve the quality of evidence gathered through the use of a multidisciplinary team approach and specially trained forensic interviewers.  Chaucie’s Place works to generate awareness of and prevent child abuse through its education and prevention programs.

Since inception in 2001, over 2,600 forensic interviews have been conducted at Chaucie's Place. Partners in the Chaucie's Place multi-disciplinary team include:
